Understand the territory, and as a basic representation of the same, the Assembly, encompassed within the contemporary concept of territory resulting from a process of percolation through a porous structure, branched network of roads and highways on the terrain morphology, network connections and relationships. The building, as a public body, extends throughout the plot through the walls as a physical reality that modify and shape the place, extending traditionally throughout the region as form of terraces. Walls as a main physical reality, which worked in a permeable way, allow to walk the parliament and to enter in it to stimulate its operation. Parliament as a node that tightens and agglutinates, to which dynamic forces converge that modify topography and place.
